Howland - Nancy Yannacey, 81, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born January 13, 1933 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Anthony "Tony" and Beulah Scarpaci. Nancy was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She retired from GM Packard Electric as an Inspector in the Print Circuit Department after 30 years. She had previously worked for the FBI in Washington DC as a secretary. Nancy enjoyed reading, traveling especially going to casinos and Geneva-on-the Lake and sitting around and playing cards with her family. She is survived by her three children Cynthia S. "Cindi" (Richard) Steffy of Middletown, DE, Michael A. Yannacey of Dublin, OH, and Paula J. Gorby of Warren, nine grandchildren Anthony "AJ" and Kristin Yannacey, Mattilyn, Emma, and Taylor Gorby, Alexa (Nick) Linger, Megan (Chris) Byrne and Emily, Christopher Steffy, and two great grandchildren Zachary and Aubrey Byrne. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul J. "The Duke" "Coach" Yannacey whom she married May 7, 1955 and passed away May 6, 2009, son-in-law Raymond Gorby and a sister Buddy Jayne "BJ" Konold and brother -in-law Dr. George Konold.
