Johnston – Patricia A. Marchese, 77, passed away peacefully at her home May 3, 2017, after an extended illness.

She was born March 17, 1940, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Vic and Ann Fender.

Pat was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School Class of 1958 and attended The Ohio State University. She had worked at area banks, Trumbull Savings & Loan, Second National Bank and retired from Home Saving & Loan Youngstown, Ohio in 2007 as a loan processor.

Pat had previously assisted with the children's program at Believers Christian. Pat also served two years as chair women for the Christian Women's Club of Warren, Ohio.

She was an avid Cleveland Indians Fan, and enjoyed bowling over many years in area leagues.

Pat is survived by her husband of 57 years, Peter Marchese, Daughter Laura (Jim) Le Conte of Indianapolis, Son Anthony (Jennifer) Marchese of Charlette, NC, Daughter Jennifer Shafran of Macedonia, sister Donna (Don) Guerra of Warren, brother-in-law's Dominic (Diana) Marchese of Farmdale, and Robert (Karen) Marchese of Warren, six grandchildren Christopher (Cathy), and Ryan Durig, Ross, Harrison, and Quinlan Marchese, and Tyler Shafran, and one great grandchild Brooks Durig, as well as five nieces and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law Michael Shafran.

Memorial calling hours will be Monday May 8, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Believers Christian 2577 Schenley Ave. Warren, Ohio 44483.

A Church service will be Monday at 6:00 p.m. at the Church.

The Family request that in lieu of flowers material donations be made to Believers Christian Church 2577 Schenley Ave. Warren, Ohio 44483 or to Hospice of the Valley 5190 Market St. Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
