Warren - Patricia A. Stoffick, 81, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 6:33 p.m. at St. Joseph Health Center. She was born June 23, 1931 in Campbell, Ohio the daughter of John and Helen Simchick. Patricia is survived by her children Kim (Pete) Snyder of Bristolville and David (Shirley) Stoffick of Cortland, three grandchildren John, Emily and Camille, and one great granddaughter Tayja. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Stoffick and one sister Dolores Riechart. A Committal service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery With Rev Jeff Stealy officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
