Howland - Paula Dziedzic Shively, 67, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the Hospice House in Poland after ten month illness with lung cancer. She was born September 12, 1946 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of Albert "Zig" and Lena J. Dziedzic. She had previously worked as a waitress at Alberinis and Cherry's to-of the Mall on the strip for 20 years. Paula attended Blessed John Paul II Parish (St. Joseph Church). She enjoyed cooking especially Italian cuisine. She is survived by her three sons Eric "Rick" (Lise) Shively, Jr. of Boynton Beach, FL., John Shively of West Palm Beach, FL. And Jacob Shively of Boynton Beach, FL, three grandchildren Jonathon, Johnny and Zachary Shively, brother David (Linda) Dziedzic of Lordstown , a sister Diane Henderickson of Warren, sister-in-law Jennifer Dziedzic, an uncle Steve Mrofchak of Howland and her care giver - cousin Dorothy Dishong of Howland. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Thomas Dziedzic. Memorial calling hours will be Sunday from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren with a Memorial Service at 2:30 at the Funeral Home with Rev. James P.
