Warren - Pete J. Kondolios, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. He was born January 25, 1922 in Kambia, Chios, Greece, the son of the late Demetrios and Despina Kondolios. Pete Came to America with his family and soon after started working at Copperweld Steel and retired in 1985. He was a member of St. Demtrios Greek Orthodox Church in Warren, Chios Society and the Kambia Society. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his four childrenDebbie Kondolios, Jim (Georgette) Kondolios, Mary (George) Koutsounadis, and Peggy (Louis) Liakaris, all of Warren; seven grandchildren, Anthitsa (Frank) Tempesta, Anna (Joe) Graham, Pam (George) Kassos, Mike (Rena) Koutsounadis, Peggy (Dr. Jim) Kondolios, Mary and James Liakaris; six great-grandchildren, Gia and Francesca Tempesta, Nicholas and Jaela Graham, Michael Kassos and Mia Koutsounadis, two sister-in-laws, Kalliopi Kondolios of New Jersy and Despina Paxos of Greece, a brother-in-law Stelios Koutsoumpis of Greece, and survived by nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Anthitsa who passed away May 1987, three sisters Paraskevi Payiavlas, Maria Siderias, and Evothokia Paxos and three brotherGeorge, Vasilis and Elias Kondolios. Family and friends may call Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a 5:30 Trisagion Service and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A service will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Warren with Fr. Constantine Valantasis officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warren, Ohio.
