Bristolville – Raymond E. "Ray" Larmi, 65, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at his residence. Ray was born September 4, 1948 in Chardon, Ohio the son of John and Roberta Larmi. He retired as a self employed contractor. Ray was a life long member of The Presbyterian Faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, hanging out with his dog Sam and watching his grandchildren's sporting events. Ray served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He is survived by his wife JoAnne Larmi whom he married November 8, 1969, two daughters Dawn (Christopher) Olson of Liberty and Denise (Dan) O'Shaughnessy of Champion, six grandchildren Shelbie Stefanski, Sydney and Savannah Kocher, Kailey Olson, and Elizabeth and Jack O'Shaughnessy, and three sisters Joyce (George) Paryzek of Ft. Myers, FL., Sandy (Dennis) Pfenniger of Burton, OH and Carol DeJacimo of Ft. Myers, Fl. He is preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may call Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Champion Presbyterian Church 4997 Mahoning Ave. NW. A Service will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the church following calling hours with Rev. Marvin Barney officiating.
