Warren - Richard J. DeMartini, 74, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born February 20, 1942, in Warren, Ohio the son of the late Aldo "Al" and Mary DeMartini. He was a 1960 graduate of Warren, St. Mary's High School. He presently worked at Save-a-Lot stores and retired from the local Giant Eagle Grocery Store as a meat cutter after 16 years, and had previously worked for Sparkle Market. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Warren. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, and enjoyed going to Geneva-on-the-Lake and listening to music at The Amp. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He is survived by his children Sherry (Ted) Mansfield of Cortland, Richard "Rick" (Susanne) DeMartini Jr. of Dubai, UAE, Samantha (Patrick) Camlin of Cortland, Niccole (Jeffrey) Joyce of Pittsburgh, PA, and Dominic (Olivia, fiancAC.) DeMartini of Aurora. Seven grandchildren Natasha, Sierra, Tarryn, Geena, Savannah, Nick and Baylee, two sisters Gloria (Bob) Markowitz of Howland, and Jackie Panyard of Orrville, OH and brother Ray (Theresa) DeMartini of Mickleton, NJ. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Ronnie DeMartini. Family and friends may call Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE Warren, Ohio 44483. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Warren, with Father Bernard Schmalzried officiating. A private Burial will take place at later date in All Souls Cemetery.
