Kinsman - Sue Ann Welch, 57, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born November 30, 1957 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of Thomas and Susan Welch. Sue was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She worked at Delphi as a system analyst for the past 39 years. Sue was of the Catholic Faith. She enjoyed reading, cooking, caring for and raising animals on her farm and spending time with her family and friends. Sue is survived by her mother, three brothers Thomas (Polly) Welch of Cincinnati, OH, William Welch of Bonita Springs, FL, and John (Jennifer) Welch of Niles, OH, a sister Kathleen Marie (Dennis) Perisa of Fowler, a brother-in-law Dr. Tim (JoAnne) Wagner of Poland, nieces and nephews Billy Welch, Lauren, Michael and Meghanne Perisa, Elizabeth, Bridget, Emily, Justin, Ben and Liam Wagner. She is preceded in death by her father, and a sister Dr. Bridget Welch-Wagner. Family and friends may call Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) with Rev. James P. Walker officiating. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
