Warren - Susan C. Scala, 74, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born June 8, 1941, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Addison and Margaret Harvey. She was a graduate of Leavittsburg High School. She retired Trumbull County Job and Family Services after 11 years, and previously was the manager of the House of Cards in the Eastwood Mall for ten years. She enjoyed reading, fishing, crossword puzzles, bird watching and was avid Cleveland Cavaliers fan. She is survived by her children Lisa (Joseph) Zarick of Howland, and Joseph A. (Lori) Scala of McDonald, two grandchildren Ryan and Leah Scala, her companion Richard Habraken of Warren, a brother Jack Harvey of Warren and a sister Helen (Dennis) Hipple of Warren. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Sebastian "Sam" Scala whom she married July 2, 1962 and passed away August 15, 1995. Memorial calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE Warren, Ohio. A service will be Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. John Rutherford officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Vienna at a later date.
