Warren - Teresa "Terry" Laprocina, 89, passed away July 25, 2016 at her residence after a short Illness. She was born August 23, 1926, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the Late Gaetano "Guy" and Cesilda "Jessie" DiCenso Sr. She retired as owner and operator of "Terry's Beauty Salon after 30 years. She previously worked at "Emma's Beauty Salon" in Downtown Warren. Terry was a member of St. Mary's Church in Warren, Thursday morning Bocce Club, and the Coogene Card Club. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and going to Casino's. She is survived a sister Louise Prib of Warren, two sister-in-laws Carol DiCenso and Janet Laprocina both of Warren, nieces and nephews James (Kathy) Massacci, Cynthia Jones, Lenette Economos, Lisa (David) DeJacimo, Lori (Mark) Marvin, Teresa (Scott) McLeod, James DiCenso and Gaetano J. DiCenso, twelve great nieces and nephews and nine great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Nick M. Laprocina whom she married May 19, 1951 and passed away January 31, 2013, three brothers James, Joseph, Guy "Junie" DiCenso Jr. and a sister Rosmary Rufo. Family and friends may call Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Warren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Church with Rev. Bernard Schmalzried officiating. Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Teresa's name to St. Mary's Stain Glass Window Restoration 232 Senecca St. NE, Warren, Ohio 44481.
