Howland - Victor A. "Vic" Roscoe, 92, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at his residence. He was born July 2, 1923, in Warren, Ohio the son of the late Alexander and Mary Roscoe. He was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Victor retired in 1978 from the Warren Post Office and was in charge of the Niles Rd. Branch for several years. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren. He enjoyed traveling, gardening and reading. He served in U.S. Navy and had served on two air craft carriers USS Dixie and the USS Wake Island. He is survived by his Daughter Valerie (Roger) Kalas of North Bloomfield, two grandsons Sheridan Victor Sullivan of Howland and Ryan Sullivan of North Bloomfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Margaret C. "Margie" Roscoe whom he married September 15, 1945 and passed away September 4, 2001, three brothers Charles, George and Peter Roscoe and a sister Virginia Roscoe. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church with Rev. Thomas Eisweirth officiating. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta with Military Honors.
