Virginia Louise Marchin, 93, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Virginia was born November 3, 1920 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Pete and Yanka Nemtz. Virginia worked at St. Joseph's Riverside Hospital as a lab technician until her retirement in 1983. Virginia is survived by children Dianne (Donald) Szuch, Susana (Robert) Flemmens, Therese Axenfield, and Dr. John P. Marchin; four grandchildren Heather (David) Bellian, Holly (William) Sandy, Meghan (Ryan) Moore and Branden Siebenaller and five great grandchildren: Drew Bellian, A.J., Tomlyn and Sullivan Sandy and Taylor Moore. Her husband John J. Marchin who she married on December 26, 1942 died on January 10, 1995, she is also preceded in death by two sisters, Katherine Crandall and Evangeline Kirkendall. Memorial calling hours will be Saturday from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church301 High St. NE Warren, Ohio. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church with Rev. Bernard Schamlzried officiating. A private family service will take place at All Souls Cemetery. Material contributions may be made in Virginia's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
