William "Bill"
Doziski
February 25, 1931 – October 14, 2015
Warren - William "Bill" Doziski, 84, on October 14, 2015 our father, grandfather, and best friend, passed away suddenly after a very brief illness. This stunning event left us devastated and we all are trying to wrap our minds around what just happened. This wonderful man who was our strength and mentor and who we all depended on was suddenly gone. As we all reflected about how dad affected each of us, we knew that there was no one else that could ever fill his shoes. He was a dying breed. His kind and loving nature was only second to his brilliant mind and wisdom. We could depend on him for everything. He was a devoted husband and he and mom spent 62 wonderful years together. Dad was quite the athlete. He was inducted into the Western Pa. Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL), but his claim to fame was quarterback for the Pitt Panthers. He loved his Steelers and the Bocce world will miss him. Dad was born February 25, 1931 in Donora Pa, the son of Agnes and Steve Doziski. He was a member of Saint John Paul II Church and the Knights of Columbus 4484. He will be deeply missed by his daughters Cindy (Yogi) Angelo and Jani King both of Warren, grandchildren Gretchen (Brad Muncy) Angelo of Cleveland, Dominic (Rachel Box) Angelo of Warren, and Alina King of Warren, two great grandchildren Mia and Demi, two sisters-in-laws who where like sisters to him Hilda Stoioff of Donora Pa, and Josie Raguso of Canandaigua, N.Y., and many special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Evalina, sister Jean, sisters and brothers-in-law Marge (Bob) Vogini, Babe Stoioff, Anthony Raguso and Antoinette (Peter) Bridzilla. Family and friends may call Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. Service will be Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. Christopher Henyk officiating. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
