Alicia Quinones

Howland - Alicia Miracle Stella Quinones, 41, passed away peacefully on September 28th, 2025, at home surrounded by loved ones.

Alicia was born on November 25th, 1983, to Barbara and Heriberto Quinones Jr in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a 2003 graduate of Life Skills in Warren, Ohio.

 She will be remembered by her mother, Barbara Quinones, siblings; Sheena Quinones, Heriberto Quinones III and Nakita Brady.   She was also a loving aunt to Mark Mills Jr, Isabella, Sofia and Aaliyah Lytle, Noella Flack, Scarlett, Milo and Ronin Brad as well as great aunt to Josephine Mills. Alicia is preceded in death by her father Heriberto Quinones Jr and her youngest brother, David Flack. Throughout adulthood Alicia has traveled and lived in multiple states and officially lived in Erie, PA with her long-term partner Dan Confer for the last several years. 

Alicia’s passions in life were reading books, volunteering at her local library in Erie, Pa, capturing every moment by taking photos and enjoying her time with family and friends. 

Family and friends may visit and pay their respects to Alicia on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, from 10a.m-12p.m at the Peter Rossi & Son Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE, with a burial following at Howland Township Cemetery.
