Charlene E. Jarvis

Warren – Charlene E. Jarvis, 80, of Warren passed away on Monday evening, December 1, 2025 at her home, surrounded by her family.

Charlene was born on February 10, 1945 in Youngstown, OH.

Charlene was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and went on to have an extensive career in manufacturing at General Motors, retiring as a foreman.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoyed crafting and shopping at the latest garage sale and flea market. She was known for her cooking and enjoyed preparing meals for family and friends. Most of all, Charlene cherished her family and was thankful to those who visited and cared for her. She will be greatly missed.

Charlene will always be remembered by her children, Lou Anne Cox, Irene Jarvis, William Jarvis Sr. and Louis Jarvis; grandchildren, Jana (Richard) Cox, David (Jill) Cox, Louis III (Salina) Jarvis, William Jarvis Jr, Cheyenne Jarvis, Richard Jarvis II, Ryker and Nick Jarvis and great grandchildren, Ashton, Mi’Juana, Tony, Athena, Journey and Baby Williams on the way.

Besides her parents, Charlene was preceded in death by the love of her life, Louis Jarvis Sr., daughter, Elayne Midkiff and son-in-law, Kenneth Cox.

Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Charlene on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE.

A Funeral Service will follow at the funeral home at 12:30pm with Father Constantine Valantasis presiding.

Entombment will be in Pineview Memorial Park, next to her husband.
