Clifford Frazier Obituary

Warren – Clifford A. “Cliff” Frazier, 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Hospice House in Poland.

Born in Warren on December 2, 1948, Cliff was the son of the late Floyd C. and Lillian (Richter) Frazier.

Cliff was a 1968 graduate of Champion High School and went on to serve in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, serving from 1969 until 1970. He proudly served with the E Troop 1st Cavalry 11th Bde as an 11D 20 Armor Recon Specialist and in the Amcal Division as an APC driver based in Duc Pho Rvn. For his service, Cliff was awarded an honorable discharge and earned the rank of Spec. 4/E-4.

Upon returning home from the service, Cliff was a machinist at Triangle Machine in Niles, OH and then at Bell Manufacturing, also in Niles.

On January 15, 1973, Cliff was hired at the Packard Electric Division of General Motors in Warren, OH, where he stayed until December of 2007, retiring as a material handler.

On April 14, 1973, he married the love of his life, Marie (Santucci) Frazier, sharing 51 years of marriage.

Cliff was an avid outdoorsman, sharing his passion for hunting, trapping, fishing and camping with his kids and friends alike. He also enjoyed woodworking and home improvement work. If Cliff could help someone in any way, he never hesitated and found time to get it done. He was always willing to lend a hand, asking nothing in return.

Cliff loved his family more than anything else in life. He is survived by his wife, Marie Frazier; his children, Heather (Brian) Cunningham of Girard and Shane (Matilda) Frazier of Niles; granddaughter, Rachel Cunningham of Girard; grandson, Adam Cunningham of Girard; sisters, Lana (Anthony) Santucci of Vienna, OH and Cheryl (Randy) Prem of Youngstown.
