Warren – Kevin Conner Dickson Sr., 60, of Warren passed away on Wednesday evening, November 5, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital in Warren with his family by his side.
Kevin was born on June 7, 1965 in Euclid, OH, a son of James and Nancy (Lingo) Dickson.
Kevin was a 1984 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Warren. Following graduation, he attended Ohio State University and was forever a Buckeye fan. In his career, he held various positions, most recently working as a security guard for many years at Hillside Hospital.
Outside of work, Kevin was a Cleveland sports fanatic. He was loyal to all his teams, the Cleveland Browns especially, and if the game was on, he was sure to be watching. Kevin was also known for being outgoing and welcoming to others. If they were a stranger to him, they weren’t a stranger for very long. He could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Kevin was also dedicated to his Catholic faith as a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. While his illness kept him from going to church, his faith was strong. Most of all, he loved family and cherished spending time with those he loved. Kevin will be deeply missed.
Kevin will always be remembered by his wife of 37 years, Phyllis (Anderson) Dickson of Warren; son, Kevin C. Dickson Jr. of Warren; his mother, Nancy (Lingo) Dickson of Reston, VA; brother, Casey Dickson of Warren and several nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Maura Hournbuckle.
