WARREN — Kyriaki Perperidis passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Medical Center following a battle with dementia and other ailments on December 11, 2025.
Kyriaki was born on April 25, 1942 in Sevasteiana, Greece. She was one of 7 children. She emigrated to the United States in September 1970, and married the love of her life Anastasios Perperidis on June 9, 1973. She is survived by Anastasios, daughter Sonia Perperidis and son Petros (Mary) Perperidis, as well as four grandchildren Anastasia, Kyriako, Anastasio, and Kosta, as well as her sister Margarita Theodoridou and brother Dr. Dimitrios Tsitlakidis, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by both her parents Petros and Maria Tsitlakidis, parent-in-laws Petros and Sonia Perperidis, her siblings Savvas, Helen, Sophia, and Despina, as well as many of her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Kyriaki was a proud Greek-American who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends in both Ohio and Greece. Devoted to her faith, she was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church for many years
Kyriaki started working at Packard Electric in 1972, and retired from there in 1999. She and her husband also owned and operated Howland Corners Restaurant in Howland, Ohio, from 1985 to 2002. Outside of work, Kyriaki enjoyed knitting, crocheting and ceramics. She will always be known for her kindness, sweet words, and delicious cooking. Kyriaki will be missed and her memory cherished by her family, friends and acquaintances.
Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Kyriaki on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 11 to 12pm at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 429 High St. NE, Warren, OH 44481.
A funeral service will follow at 12pm on Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Constantine Valantasis presiding.
Burial will follow in Pineview Memorial Park.
