Warren – Marilyn J. Rossi, age 90 of Warren, Ohio went to the angels on March 2, 2026, from an unexpected brief illness. She was surrounded by her husband, children and daughter-in-law at Mercy Health Hospital in Warren, Ohio.
She was born on July 11, 1935 in Warren, Ohio to the late William and Angela Full (nee Liberatore). Marilyn is survived by her loving, dedicated and devoted husband of 68 ½ years, Anthony G. Rossi; her children, Diana L. Rossi Colucci (fiancé, John Zarlengo) of Novelty, Ohio, Maribeth T. Ewing of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Anthony G. Rossi III (Amy) of Warren; her grandchildren, Michael Ambeliotis (Aundrea), Anthony Ambeliotis (Alyssa), Nicole Ambeliotis McLedan (Garrett), Michael K. Ambeliotis (Laurel), Anthony G. Rossi IV (Jacqueline), Alec E. Rossi (Eve Pierpont), Andrew W. Rossi and Aidan M.L. Rossi; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Carol Masacek of Colton town, Tennessee and a brother, William E. Fuller of Warren, Ohio.
Besides her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Tom Colucci, and brother-in-law, Ron Masacek.
Marilyn attended Bowling Green State University, and upon arriving back to Warren, Ohio she became involved in numerous organizations throughout her life in Warren such as The Trumbull Art Guild, American Red Cross, the Auxiliary of the St. Joseph Hospital, the Auxiliary of the Trumbull County Bar Association, where she appeared on various committees, the Warren Junior League, Beta Sigma Phi National Sorority and was parishioner at Blessed Sacrament Church, where she was active on multiple committees.
Her love of cooking was enjoyed by all, and she sprinkled her love and care throughout every meal and holiday. Marilyn also loved tennis, reading and playing cards, most especially bridge. Marilyn adored and loved her husband, children, grand and great grandchildren. There was not one cross country/track meet, football, basketball, baseball game, dance recital, swim meet, gymnastics meet, school play, awards ceremony or high school and college graduation that Marilyn missed as her family was paramount to her. She will be greatly missed and loved by all.
A very special and much needed thank you to the nurses on the ICU and 5th floors, doctors and entire staff at Mercy Health Hospital. They were exceptional in their gentle and kind care for Marilyn.
