Mary Jayne ((Fogarty)) Mundo

Warren – Mary Jayne (Fogarty) Mundo, 76, of Niles passed away at Trumbull Regional Medical Center on Friday, January 19, 2024

Mary Jayne was born on December 9, 1947 in Warren, OH, the daughter of the late Thomas and Lena (Mymo) Fogarty.

She was a 1965 graduate of St. Joseph Academy in Pennsylvania. Mary Jayne went on to work for Packard Electric and retired after 30 years.

She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles. She enjoyed volunteering, making pizzas and being with friends during the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel festival.

Mary Jayne was a very kind, generous and loving person who was loved by family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Christy (Mundo) Brennan and son-in-law Chris Brennan and grandchildren, Rowan and Hayden.

Her best friend, Laraine Bradley was someone with whom Mary Jayne enjoyed a lifelong friendship.

Mary Jayne was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, in 2012.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 11am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles, 381 Robbins Ave.

A private urn burial will be at a later date at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland
