HOWLAND- Nancy Clendenin 66, formerly of Niles passed away on Monday March 4th, 2019 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.
She was born in Aberdeen, Maryland on July 21, 1952 a daughter of Hart and Rose Shallop. Nancy was a 1970 graduate of Howland High School and furthered her career by becoming a Registered Nurse. She had previously worked for Dr. Naples Sr., Dr. Powlaski, and Dr. Foster.
In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother Rose of Warren; her children Kellie (David) Callahan of Warren, Edward Clendenin II (Fiancée Kelly Marshall) of Niles; her grandchildren Alexis and Haylee Prentice, Edward Clendenin III, Aiden Edward, and Everly Rose Callahan; her great-grandchildren Kaytlyn Rae and Avalynn Clendenin; brother Doug (Debbie) Shallop of Girard; and by her sister Cynthia (Don) Baughman of Niles.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Edward Clendenin Sr. who passed away July 11, 1990, her father and by her brother James Clendenin.
Friends may pay their respects Thursday March 14, 2019 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will begin at 1:00PM with Rev. Ron Spore as officiant.
Burial will follow at Howland Township Cemetery.
