Patricia Ann "Patty" Vlahos

Warren – Patricia Ann “Patty” Vlahos, 82, of Warren passed away on Sunday afternoon, January 25, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.  

Patty was born on March 16, 1943 in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late Michael and Amelia (DeCandio) Pecorelli.  

Patty was a 1960 graduate of St. Mary’s High School where she met the love of her life, John H. "Bumpy" Vlahos.  

Following graduation, Patty worked as a secretary for Dr. Harold Brodell until taking up her full-time position as homemaker and loving mother of three daughters. Later, she worked alongside her husband for 20 years as co-owner of Baskin Robbins at the Eastwood Mall and Liberty Plaza. She also became famously known as “Patty Cakes” around Trumbull County. She dearly enjoyed being a part of so many special occasions using her talent of baking and creating memories for everyone.  

Outside of work, Patty was very active. She enjoyed playing tennis, golf and bridge on a regular basis where she made many lifelong friends. There wasn't a cooking show or Hallmark movie that she didn't like and she often teased she was a pro at Facebook. Patty was also a devoted member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish and a member of the Rosary Society of Blessed Sacrament Church. Most of all, Patty loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren. Whether it was a short trip or an extended vacation to the beach, Patty cherished the time she spent with those she loved and always brought a big smile, warm hugs, joy and laughter to all occasions. She will be deeply missed and her legacy will be forever treasured.  

Patty will always be remembered by her loving husband of 61 and a half years. John H. "Bumpy" Vlahos of Warren; From high school sweethearts their love & commitment to each other was an inspiration to all who knew them. They truly created a life filled with love and countless memories. She will also be remembered by her loving family. Lori (Michael) Sajnovsky of Howland, Tricia (John) Condoleon of Howland and Vicki (Timothy) Orwig of Howland; grandchildren, Michael (Taylor) Sajnovsky, Phillip (Alexa) Sajnovsky, Jenna Sajnovsky, Caitlyn Condoleon, Michael Condoleon, Laney Condoleon, Emily Klaus, Benjamin Klaus and Owen Orwig; great grandchildren, Amelia and Michael Sajnovsky and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

Besides her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her brothers, Sam (Joan) Pecorelli and Leonard Pecorelli.  

Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Patty on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 4 to 6pm at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10am St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish - Blessed Sacrament Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE Warren, OH 44483, with Rev. Christopher Cicero presiding. All guests are asked to arrive directly to the church.  

A Private Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patty’s name to St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish – Blessed Sacrament Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE, Warren, OH 44483.
