Mogadore – Renee Ann Keller Dann, 64, of Cortland passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon, February 8, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Renee was born on January 3, 1961 in Warren, OH, a daughter of Samuel and Barbara (Palonder) Dann.
Renee was a 1979 graduate of Howland High School and went on to work for Revco drugstore for 20 years until she found her career at Fairhaven School. She served as a bus driver and teacher’s aid for 18 years. Renee loved her Fairhaven family and cherished the relationships she made during her time there.
Outside of work, Renee continued helping others. She was caring and loving and had a big heart. She was affectionately known as “NaNa,” which she commonly signed with hearts in cards to family and friends. Renee was devoted to her faith as a CCD teacher at Sts. Peter & Paul for many years. She was always full of life and fought hard during her illness for her grandchildren, whom she treasured. Renee cherished her family and looked forward to trips to Geneva, Deer Park and the occasional midnight ride through town. Renee will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Renee will always be remembered by her mother, Barbara Dann of Warren; children, Randy Jr. (Rachele) Keller of Cortland, Ryan (Courtney) Keller of Canton, Rachele (Steve Jr.) Cresanto of Mogadore and Craig (Heidi) Keller of Howland; grandchildren, Austin, Addison, Riley, Lucas, Isabella and Paul Keller and Chloe Cresanto; sister, Linda (David) Gilmore of Warren and niece and goddaughter, Jenna Renee (Jason) Stan of Streetsboro.
Renee was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Dann and her brother, Danny Dann.
Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Renee on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 4 to 7pm at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE.
Additional calling hours will be on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 9 to 10am at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish - Blessed Sacrament Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE Warren, OH 44483. All guests are encouraged to wear bright colors to honor Renee’s bright spirit.
A Funeral Mass will follow at the church on Friday at 10am.
Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery.
