Warren – Rosemary Blicher, 100, of Warren passed away on Sunday February 18, 2024, at Hospice of the Valley.
Rosemary was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 28, 1923. Beloved wife of the late C. Paul “Red” Blicher, whom she married on May 20, 1950; dear mother of Janet (Phillip) Rawlins, Paul (Minnie) Blicher and Michael (Lori) Blicher, loving grandmother of nine, great grandmother of five; a sister of 13 Fulton siblings that preceded her; cherished aunt and great aunt.
Rosemary loved her family, friends, community and especially her 61-year affiliation with Blessed Sacrament. Her love of fellowship manifested in the bowling & golf leagues she founded to get people together. Her life journey was full of loving life, loving God and loving people.
Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Rosemary on Friday February 23, 2024 from 4:30 to 6:30pm at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE. Additional calling hours will be on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 10 to 11am at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE Warren, OH 44483.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 11am at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Edward Stafford presiding.
Rosemary’s burial will be at All Souls Cemetery.
