Howland – Sylvia “Terry” Sericola, 85, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2018 at the Shephard of the Valley in Howland.
She was born August 21, 1932, in Minersville, PA, the daughter of the late Frank and Andora Sericola.
She came to Warren in 1942 from Tamaqua, PA. She was a 1950 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She retired from Sacs 5th Ave. in Beechwood as a buyer of shoes and handbags. She had previously worked for O’Neil’s in Akron and Higbee’s in Cleveland. Terry was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her sister Gerri Henkel of Howland, a brother Frank Sericola of Warren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Dolores Chapman and a brother-in-law William Henkel.
Burial will be in all Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
