I just learned the sad news. I have many fond memories of Charles, Phil and I driving Virgil crazy. He was always very welcoming to me and truly had a big heart. I remember him being very proud of being Italian as well as his military service. He was a great cook. I send my thoughts and prayers to you all. He will always be fondly remembered.
